How Alto Senso is Complying with Salon Guidelines?

  • I have undertaken a thorough review of Alto Senso and the services I offer. 
  • On arrival I will greet you warmly but without a handshake or personal contact;
  • I will wear gloves, masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE) during treatments where required;
  • I ASK YOU, MY CUSTOMER To Arrive at the time agreed, to maximise social distancing. To wash your hands and/or use hand sanitiser as directed before and after each treatment, wear face covering that covers your nose and mouth at all times, removing it for your treatment only (if required). If you don’t have a mask, I will provide one for you.
  • I will escort you straight to the treatment room; 
  • I will wash my hands before and after every treatment; 
  • I will ask that you pay using card or other cashless means where possible; 
  • All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate cleaning product between each treatment; 
  • All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment. This includes all instruments; 
  • One-use disposable items will be used where necessary (suitable alternatives kept where possible); 
  • I will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible; 
  • I have conducted training to ensure all Alto Senso customers are treated in a safe, hygienic and professional manner and adapted each treatment to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety; 
  • I have reviewed the treatment menu and removed treatments where I felt it necessary to do so; 
  • PPE will be replaced after every treatment; 
  • I will stay with you throughout your treatment – not entering out of the room (with exception of allowing you privacy to get ready- if applicable) – to reduce the need to replace PPE and minimise infection;  
  • I will stagger customer arrival times to minimise close contact; 
  • I will clean the arrival area regularly; 
  • Where possible, please leave your coat/bags in your car. I have a box to store your phone/keys/clothes which is sanitised after each appointment.
